Desplaçament temporal d'una persona assegurada de la CASS per treballar a Espanya, França o Portugal a càrrec d'una empresa d'Andorra
Temporary absence of a CASS insured person to work in Spain, France or Portugal of behalf of an Andorran company.
The company must present to the Area of attention to the public of the CASS a list of those workers away detailing:
- Time period to be away
- Work to be carried out
- Name of the external company
- Address of lodgings of the workers in the foreign country with agreements
The Area of attention to the public of the CASS will hand over the necessary agreement forms.
For the case of Spain, the Andorran company must complete the form E/AND-101, provided by CASS. The workers must present these forms to the Social Security of the foreign country with agreements to be given healthcare and prove cover.
