In an emergency you can approach any of the state healthcare network , primary care centres (CAPS) (Social Security surgeries) hospitals or sanitary residences.

Before leaving Andorra, you must ask for a temporary displacement note from the CASS Customer Services Department.

If you do not have the temporary displacement note, CASS can send one by fax to the state centre where you are being seen.

Payment of the medical charges does not have to be made immediately upon receiving a medical service.

Afterwards CASS will claim 10% (hospital stay) or 25% (surgery) from the insured person.
