The register form (registration) of the insured person as making the declaration informs CASS of the start of a working relationship.
Documents required
- Andorran passport or work permit from the Immigration Department (photocopy)
Important:
In agreement with the Regulation of the CASS, the discharge of the insured person must appear in eight days following the date of discharge. In case of not doing it, the CASS can apply the article 4 of the Contentious Regulation.
If the insured person is in first time employment, the initial registration form must be completed.
If the insured person is a beneficiary of another insurer, the removal as beneficiary form must be completed.
Procedure
- Hand in the completed form to the customer services department (ground floor) at the CASS offices.
