For an appointment or an arranged hospital stay, you must ask for a note for the specific undertaking of the centre, the specialist field and/or the diagnostic test from the CASS Customer Services Department.

Please bear in mind that some centres may be private for certain services or at certain times.In this instance CASS does not offer cover.

With regard to Vall d'Hebron and Bellvitge hospitals

Payment of medical expenses does not have to be made immediately upon medical acts.
Afterwards CASS will claim 10% (hospital stay) or 25% (surgery) from the insured person.

For the other centres

The affiliated person must pay 10% (hospital stay) or 25% (surgery) of the medical expenses at the centre.
