Removal of insured person in company

The removal form of an insured person as declarant informs CASS of the end of a working relationship.

Important:

In accordance with CASS regulations, the removal of the insured person must be done within eight days of occurring.

If the insured person wishes to return to being a beneficiary, they must complete the registration form as a beneficiary.

If the person is unemployed

  • the company where he works cannot remove him.
  • no company can register him without a medical bill of health.

Procedure

Hand in the form to the Customer Services department (ground floor) at the CASS offices.
