In applying the present legislation, in particular article 10 of the Tecnical Regulations, the insured person who requests for him/herself or for his/her beneficiary, the reimbursement of 100% of the CASS liability tariffs covering medical expenses caused by pathologies he/she may have, must present the following documentation: The sworn declaration is a required step in the proceeding with "100% demands". It is understood that if the interested party benefits from a complementary, this must affront the complements being requested from CASS by not proceeding with those demands where the interested party is seen to benefit from a CASS-complements. In the case of exclusion by the CASS-complement from a certain pathology or particular treatment, the interested party formalizing a 100% demand must present a certificate of the complement, skating the exclusion so that in appropriate cases, 100% of the liability tariffs may be awarded only for medical expenses covering excluded pathology (gies) or treatment (s).
